Butterfly valve (HPAK)

HPAK

DN
100 – 3.000
PN
10 – 150

Triple eccentric flanged butterfly valve with epoxy coating in long or short overall length in welded steel for various medium ranges; among other things also suitable for oxygen applications. Thermal expansion shaft bearing made of hardened, maintenance-free stainless steel. Due to the triple eccentricity, clogging of the damper seal is impossible. The valve can be used at extreme temperatures up to +600°C using lamellar or masiv (solid) seals and graphite packings.

Working pressure: max. 150 bar
Working temperature: -200° C bis +600° C
Seat-geometric: Triple eccentric,
thus sealing without wear and jamming
Shaft bearing: Hardened plain bearing Metallic
lamellar seal or masiv (solid)
Outer seal: Low-maintenance stuffing box seal made of pure graphite
